Preventive maintenance

The cheapest emergency call is the one that never happens. Our maintenance contracts are written for facility managers, not for a sales quota.

Golden Pear Electric holds annual and multi-year maintenance agreements on switchgear, generators, and lighting inverters. Infrared, torque, oil samples, and documented deficiencies, with a bid to correct, not a scare.

You get a named superintendent, a scheduled window, and a PDF you can hand to the insurance carrier.

Put this on a bid.

Send the set and the due date. We confirm the same day if we can staff it.
